The base costs 29.00 CHF per month: clients, quotes with signature, QR-bills and reminders, with 1 office account included. Each option costs 19.90 CHF per month: Full projects, Equipment and vehicles, Pre-quote and notebook. An extra office account costs 15.90 CHF per month, a field employee 5.90 CHF per month. Onboarding is on quote. The calculator on the Pricing page works out your price.

Yes. All prices are monthly prices in Swiss francs, VAT included.

Yes: −50 % in months 1 to 3, then the full price from the 4th month. You can also pay annually: 2 months are free. The two cannot be combined.

The trial lasts 30 days and is free. No credit card is required, and all modules are unlocked during the trial.

You choose the base and the options that suit you. If you choose nothing, your company switches to read-only: everything can be viewed and exported, but nothing is saved until you choose a plan.

In Switzerland. Your data is never sold.

No. Each company sees only its own data, and the database itself enforces this, not just the screen.

No. Each person gets an access profile and sees only what their rights allow. You invite everyone by link.

With two-factor authentication: on top of the password, a code is sent by e-mail. The company owner can make it mandatory for office profiles.

The screens are available in 6 languages: French, German, Italian, English, Portuguese and Albanian. Each person on the team chooses the language of their own screens.

The documents sent to your clients (quotes, invoices…) are available in French, German, Italian and English.

Yes. You send the client a link to their quote as a PDF in your colours: they sign online, or on your tablet on site. The accepted quote becomes the project budget, then the work orders and the invoice.

Yes: QR-bills for down payments, progress invoices, final invoices and credit notes. Due dates, reminders and payments received are tracked. An issued invoice is never changed.

On the phone, on site: hours, daily report and photos. The manager then approves the hours at the office. Hours and the schedule are part of the Full projects option.

No. Vegla runs in the browser, on computer, tablet and phone. On iPhone, add Vegla to the Home Screen to record entries offline.

Partly. On the phone, hours, daily reports, photos, snags and work orders can be recorded offline; they are sent automatically as soon as the network is back, with the app open. The other screens need a connection.

Yes, with a CSV or Excel file (.xlsx): clients, contacts, catalogue, employees, equipment, stock, projects and open invoices. You check first: nothing is created without your confirmation.

In three steps: create your account (company, logo, bank account), invite your team by link, then make your first quote. A starter catalogue for 19 trades suggests services with a typical indicative price in Switzerland; you set your own. Assisted onboarding is available on quote: write to contact@vegla.ch.

Vegla produces CSV, Excel and PDF exports, and a bookkeeping file ready to import into the fiduciary’s software (Banana, Abacus, bexio or a generic journal). The suggested accounts and VAT codes are to be checked with your fiduciary; the bookkeeping stays with them. You can also give them access with the “Fiduciary” profile.

No. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current month; with annual payment, at the end of the paid year.

Your company switches to read-only: you can still view and export your data (lists in CSV or Excel, documents in PDF, accounting export). The app shows until which date.
